	Theme Conditions of Participation Prize Money & Jury News		Prize money totalling € 14 000 will be awarded and will be allocated as follows: Prize Money:   1st Prize   €  10 000  2nd Prize   €  3 000  3rd Prize   €  1 000  The competition will be held within the framework of "Ruhr 2010 Kulturhauptstadt Europas" (Ruhr 2010 European Capital of Culture) and is organized by "Stadtbibliothek Oberhausen" (Oberhausen´s municipal library) in co-operation with the CityO.-Management. Principal (Mersin University)/Turkey Antonello Mameli - Degree in languages and literature at the University of Pisa/Italy Dr. Stefan Schlensag - Cultural Studies (University of Dortmund)/Germany The people responsible within the regions are: Hans-Dietrich Kluge-Jindra (Oberhausen/Ruhr Area/Germany) Davut Oguzcan (Mersin/Çukurova/Turkey) Juliet Farrar (Middlesbrough/Tees Valley/Gt. Britian) Salvatore Cherchi (Carbonia/Italy/Sulcis) Art Director: Michael Dilly   The prizes will be awarded in public in the Gasometer Oberhausen on 10 September 2010. This will include readings and a supporting programme. The international prize winners will be invited to this event.
